Article 1 Membership Rules

1. Members are Fujisaki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) This is a customer who has completed the application procedure for "Fujisaki Baby & Kids Circle" (hereinafter referred to as "this Circle") in a prescribed format and has been approved by the Company.
2. This circle is intended for parents who are expecting to give birth at the time of application and parents who have children between the ages of 0 and 12 (until the first April 1 after the date of reaching the age of 12) and who can receive emails from us. In addition, we shall comply with the terms and conditions of use of the e-mail magazine distribution service specified separately.
3. This circle is for any of the card members of the "Fujisaki Gasho F Card", "Fujisaki Gasho Credit F Card", "Fujisaki Tomo no Kai F Card", "Fujisaki Credit F Card", "Fujisaki + F Card" (hereinafter referred to as "F Card Member") or online members who can display barcodes on My Page in the official Fujisaki App.

Article 2 Membership fees

1. Admission fee and annual membership fee are free.

Article 3 Issuance of Membership Cards

1. For each member, we will issue and lend a membership card that also serves as one stamp card.
2. When a membership card is loaned, the membership card shall be signed immediately and the membership card shall be retained.

Article 4 Expiration date of membership card

1. The expiration date of a member's membership card shall be until the first April 1 after the date all registered children reach the age of 12.

Article 5 Benefits of Members

1. The person listed on the membership card presents the membership card, and when purchasing the product at the Company, a stamp will be stamped on the usage fee that meets the requirements stipulated in the separate items. In addition, there are benefits specified in the same item according to the number of stamps on the membership card.
2. Please note that if you do not show your membership card, you will not be able to receive all membership benefits.

Article 6 Changes to Notification Items

1. If the items registered in this circle are changed, please change them at the Fujisaki official website or the Baby Supplies and Children's Clothing Store.

Article 7 Reissue of Membership Card

1. If your membership card is lost, stolen, etc., we will confirm your identity and reissue your membership card. In the case of reissue, please forgive the re-stamp.

Article 8 Loss of Membership

1. If a member falls under any of the following items, the member's qualifications will be lost.
   1. In the event of violation of these Terms
   2. If you are no longer eligible for membership as stipulated in Article 1
   3. If you withdraw from F-Card Member
   4. If you are unable to receive emails from us
   5. If the contents of the registration are contrary to the facts
   6. When it falls under or is related to antisocial forces

Article 9 Changes to Rules and Dissolution of Circles

1. The contents described in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change or revision without the consent or notice of the members at the convenience of the Company.
2. Due to our circumstances, this circle may be dissolved or abolished. In this case, the announcement will be made by the method specified by the Company with a minimum notice period of one month.

Article 10 Use of Personal Information

1. Members agree to use the personal information of members registered in the form prescribed by the Company for the following purposes after proper use and strict management under the "Privacy Policy" required by the Company.
   (Purpose) Provision of information on our products, events, services, after-sales services, various special offers, etc.
　　

Article 11 Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

1. Members may request the Circle to disclose personal information about themselves. In this case, the window will be the baby goods and children's clothing section described at the end of these Terms.
2. If the registered contents are found to be inaccurate or incorrect, the Company shall respond promptly to correction or deletion.

Article 12 Governing Law

1. The enactment, effect, performance and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 13 Consensual Jurisdiction Court

1. If a lawsuit is required between the Service User and the Company regarding these Terms of Use, the brief court that has jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office will be the agreed jurisdiction court.
