2020.9 In charge of sales planning, mainly in charge of e-commerce business

― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

In a nutshell, I felt that the atmosphere of the company is right for me. When I was in my third year of university, I participated in an internship at Fujisaki.

At that time, all employees had the will to "before our customers more than anything," and felt the corporate culture in which they were working and attracted. I decided to join the company because I wanted to be a member of the company.

― Please tell us about your current job and rewarding.

Currently, I am in charge of sales planning and engaged in e-commerce (EC) business. E-commerce needs are accelerating due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this is one of the businesses that we are currently focusing on. Among them, my main role is to plan content linked to the head office. We would like to create an environment where you can purchase as many products as possible not only at stores but also at the head office at EC.

The EC channel is interesting and rewarding to explore every day because it is still a business that is still developing, what kind of change will be and what role it will play in the future.

― What do you want to do in the future?

To increase the number of "Fujisaki fans".

The term "Fujisaki Fan" here refers to customers who shop not only at stores but also at EC. For customers, we will pursue what are the benefits of buying not only in stores but also in e-commerce, and what are the strengths of Fujisaki online, and create a sales channel unique to Fujisaki that is more convenient and familiar to customers.

― How to spend OFF?

It's golf!
On holidays, I practice almost without fail.
I started because the sales floor when I joined the company was golf equipment, but I regret that I wish I had done it for the first time earlier.
