I was interested in shopping experience when I was a student. When I visited Fujisaki for the first time to buy Father's Day gifts, when I was wondering which tie would suit my father, the sales clerk took care of me. Until I entered the store, I was worried because I had a high threshold image and I was worried, but when I left the store, I was full of joy of purchasing my favorite products and the joy of being a warm customer service. I couldn't forget that experience, and I decided to join the company because I strongly thought, "This time, I want to be a member of Fujisaki and bring smiles to customers who come to the store."
Our current job is to visit the customer's home of a foreign merchant, which is Fujisaki's great deal, to deliver the ordered products and provide guidance on recommended products.
On behalf of Fujisaki, I feel rewarding to be able to provide value to the customers I am in charge of. Having a customer in charge is a great responsibility and can be difficult. More than that, we can propose a wide variety of products handled at department stores that suit each customer's taste and lifestyle, and when customers are pleased, we can enjoy a great sense of accomplishment.
What we want to challenge is to cultivate relationships with our customers. I became gaisho sales through the sales floor of men's and women's clothing, but in every position, I felt that it was important to connect people (customers) and people (customers) in order to make customers want to shop in Fujisaki again next time. In recent years, the form of sales is changing due to the expansion of Internet shopping and advances in AI technology, etc., but I would like to emphasize the detailed proposals that can only be made by face-to-face. We would like to further strengthen our connection with our customers, which is one of Fujisaki's strengths.
The fun of my holiday is eating walking. I love to eat for a long time, and when I find a shop that looks delicious on the Internet or magazine, I charge it.
Since becoming gaisho sales, many customers have been able to tell us about recommended shops, and the number of shops you want to go to is increasing rapidly.
