― Why did you decide to join Fujisaki?

I was interested in being a company that I have known since I was young, and it is the best department store in Tohoku that is recognized by local people. It's also great that my parents were Fujisaki fans. During my job hunting, department stores have a wide range of business activities, including the purchase of products, sales, product planning, and gaisho sales, as well as transactions with corporate customers. Based on our management philosophy, we considered customers first, flexibly respond to needs and concerns, and we value the satisfaction of our customers while closely being close to the community, and deepened our interest. Finally, I decided to join the company because there was a desire to connect with customers who could not normally be involved in the gaisho department, and to work for customers at local companies for the next 40 years and for Fujisaki.

― Please tell us about your current job and rewarding.

My job is to engage deeply with corporations and individuals in the Ishinomaki area, propose various services such as "things" and "things" to enrich the customer's environment and living, and to provide customers with excitement. I find it difficult every day to propose optimal services to customers who are busy every day, but I still feel rewarding when I am trusted and happy with customers.

The fact that I actually proposed is that the customer said, "I'm glad I asked Mr. Minegishi" and "I can easily ask Mr. Minegishi (like my grandchild) like my son." It is now my driving force. I think that gaisho sales is a wonderful job that is stimulated by being deeply involved with customers who are not usually involved, and I can polish myself.

― What do you want to do in the future?

Currently, due to the effects of the new coronavirus, the environment surrounding customers is changing rapidly, and the situation of customers is constantly changing. Therefore, I would like to take on the challenge of doing business that does not make me feel the distance between Ishinomaki and Sendai and the Kanto region that customers feel. We would like to propose a wide range of services using communication apps for products that cannot be seen unless customers visit the site normally. To that end, I would like to quickly detect customer requests and learn a lot of things including product knowledge.

My goal is to increase the number of Minegishi fans-Fujisaki fans through sales operations.

― How to spend OFF?

I belonged to the Rugby Club of the Sports Association when I was a student, and I lived a life that moved my body almost every day.
Even now, I don't feel calm if I don't move my body, so I'm playing futsal or golf and moving my body to riflesh.
